During the past year, PRO WV has been given the opportunity to provide outreach services to flood survivors in Nicholas, Webster, and Greenbrier Counties.

The community has welcomed the teams with open arms and made every team member feel welcome and appreciated. As flood survivors, they  have been through the unimaginable but have managed to show strength and resiliency, and overcome obstacles during recovery. That strength and resiliency has been the motivation and determination that inspired and touched the team.

The public has shared flood stories, tales of devastation, and stories of success with PRO WV and they are all beyond thankful for this humbling experience. The time in the local area will be ending on Aug. 29.

If you or someone you know is still in need of assistance after Aug. 29, please contact 1-844-WVFLOOD or one of the following local organizations:

  • Greenbrier County: Greater Greenbrier County Long Term Recovery Committee – www.ggltrc.org or facebook.com/GGLTRC or call 304-645-6800.

Services available for all counties: WV Resiliency Office – 1-844-882-1942 or disasterrecovery@wv.com. WV Legal Aid – 1-866-255-4370.
