Franklin Monroe Cook, 67, of Caldwell, WV, passed away on Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, at CAMC Greenbrier Valley Medical Center. Born on Apr. 15, 1958, Frank was the son of the late Gail Franklin and Allie Marie Odell Cook. He was a devoted member of Bethesda Church and cherished his faith, often sharing his favorite phrase, “I’m blessed and highly favored.”
Frank was passionate about carpentry, spending most of his life building and creating. Family meant everything to him, and he treasured every moment spent with loved ones. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles, exploring the outdoors, and fishing.
Along with his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his brother, Barry Cook. He is survived by his companion, Pamela Laursen; son, Jeremiah Cook (Stefanie); daughter, Laticia Anderson (Charlie); sister, Belinda Workman; brother, Mark Cook (Dawna); grandchildren, Breianna, Brandon, Alexis, Ava, Braxton, and Brody; as well as several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Funeral services will take place at 12 noon, Thursday, Feb. 19, at Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, Lewisburg, WV, with Rev. Roger Boggs officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Hillsboro, WV.
