Survivors include: his mother, Stacey Nicole Hicks of Alderson; his father, David Harold Boyd of Alderson; two brothers, Camden Hicks of Alderson and Brandon Boyd of Alderson; sister, Katlyn Boyd of Lewisburg; grandparents, Barry and Sue Plumley of Covington, VA; great-grandfather, Dale Campbell of Alderson; special family members, Jaime and Frank Parker of Alderson; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A visitation for family and friends was held on Saturday, Apr. 4, at Lobban Funeral Home, Alderson.
