Please join the Greenbrier Democratic Executive Committee at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 19, for a special interactive evening with Crystal Good at the Schoolhouse Hotel, where we’ll explore a delectable blend of poetry, politics, and powerful discussions. Come prepared to engage and contribute, as this gathering is not for spectators. It’s a unique opportunity to come together, share ideas, and create meaningful connections with fellow participants.
During this event, Crystal will share her insights, experiences, and passion for social justice, as well as her love for poetry and storytelling. As an accomplished poet and advocate, Crystal will guide us through an evening of thought-provoking conversation and creative expression.
Joining Crystal will be musician Allan Dale Sizemore, whose music is well known and loved in the Greenbrier Valley and beyond.
Suggested price for the tickets is $40, which will cover our expenses and a yummy dinner. We’d like to make this dialogue open to the community, so no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Every penny raised after expenses will be dedicated solely to directly supporting our candidates in the next election cycle, an endeavor we hope you will support.
If you are unable to attend but still wish to contribute in some way, please consider making a donation. Checks may be mailed to: Greenbrier County Democratic Executive Committee, P.O. Box 745, Lewisburg, WV 24901, or donate through this link: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/buildingourbench
