White Sulphur Springs-Cristie Beth Dawson, 65, passed away Friday, July 2, 2021, at her residence.
Born June 20, 1955, at Ronceverte, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence S. Windon, Sr. and the late Edna June Holley Windon.
She was a housekeeper and formerly worked for Hanover Shoe Co. in Marlinton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Windon, Jr.
Survivors include daughter, Judi Spinks (Marcus); son, Michael Dawson, Jr., all of White Sulphur Springs; two sisters, Betsy Falls (Billy) of Ronceverte and Judy Arzaqua (Ralph) of Roanoke, VA; also surviving are eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A visitation was held on Wednesday evening, July 7, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs. Cremation followed the visitation.
