Senator Stephen Baldwin presented a West Virginia flag to the town of Rupert last Thursday. Chief of Police Chuck Burkhammer accepted the flag on behalf of the town. Rupert recently expanded their office space for their police officers thanks to a local grant.
“Chief Burkhammer and Mayor Baldwin are doing good, important work,” said Senator Baldwin. “It’s an honor to work with them serving the people of West Virginia.”
