Tickets are on sale now for the Second Annual WV Craft Brew Festival, set to take place Saturday, Apr. 28, from 3 – 10 p.m. at the State Fair of West Virginia in Lewisburg. The event is a fundraiser for the Lewisburg Rotary and State Fair of WV Scholarship Funds.

“Lewisburg Rotary is excited to partner with the State Fair of West Virginia again to offer our community a fun event that ultimately helps raise funds for scholarships that both organizations offer to local graduating High School students,” said Adam Criddle of the Lewisburg Rotary Club.

Tickets may be purchased online at www.statefairofwv.com or by calling 1-800-514-ETIX (3849). Tickets will be available at the State Fair Box Office, select City National Banks and the Greenbrier Valley Visitor’s Center in Lewisburg starting Mar. 1.

By purchasing a ticket, festival goers will receive a limited number of tickets for beer tastings, a commemorative mug and all day music. Additional beer tastings will be available for purchase. Only 200 VIP Tickets will be sold.

“We featured over 65 West Virginia Craft Brews last year, along with a great day of music, some delicious food and a whole lot of fun,” State Fair CEO Kelly Collins stated. “We are looking forward to growing the event even bigger this year, with the help of the Lewisburg Rotary Club!”

The Quality Inn, Fairfield Inn and Suites, and the Hampton Inn will offer guests a 20% discount at all three hotels if they mention the Brew Fest. They will provide complimentary shuttle service from the hotels to hotel guests and allow locals to ride for $5.

The mission of this event is to support and expand the ever-growing craft beer movement in West Virginia, while also supporting the local community. Proceeds from this event will go toward the scholarship and endowment funds for the State Fair of West Virginia and Lewisburg Rotary Club.
