The 77th Annual Williamsburg Fair brought together food, fun, and friends. Known for its home cooking, Williamsburg featured biscuits-and-gravy breakfasts, barbecue, ham and beans, snow cones, kettle corn, and much more. Bingo started on Friday night followed by a dance concert. On Saturday guests enjoyed exhibits, a bouncy house, rocket launchers, hair tinsel, cornhole, face painting, the popular balloon guy, a paint party and cornhole and horseshoe tournaments.

A parade with a variety of entries made its way through town, followed by music throughout the day. The celebration ended Saturday night with a full dance floor and fireworks. The Williamsburg community thanks everyone who worked diligently to make the fair a success, as well as all who traveled from near and far to attend. Special thanks go to those who donated, participated in events, volunteered, and otherwise helped make this year’s fair a success.

A particular thanks to those who donated door prizes to the fair: Out Behind the Barn Custom Baskets, Samme Gee, Dave’s Farm Supply, The Meeting Place, State Fair of West Virginia, Mountain State Computer, Roaring Creek Farm, Hillside Farm, CoCo’s, Blueridge Farm, The Big Wheel, Robins Nest Farm, Carnegie Hall, Eddie Fletcher, Maggie Karrs, Dutch Haus, Sparks of Ink, Frankford Vet, Bones and Cones, Laurie Hedrick, Paulette Kelly, Bodies in Motion, New Chapter Bookstore and Hersman Safety Products. Special thanks to those who donated in many special ways: Greenbrier County commission Arts and Recreation Grant, Williamsburg Thrift Shop, Access Health, Seneca Health, Greenbrier Solid Waste and to the WVSOM Volunteer students that helped work the fair. If you gave a door prize to our fair and your name was omitted, we apologize and thank you.
