If you are a landowner in Lewisburg and have a place for a significant new tree, contact the Lewisburg Foundation at 303-359-9649 before Sept. 30. The Lewisburg Foundation has committed to plant up to 20 nice trees every November for 10 years. All purchase and professional installation costs will be paid by the Tree Replacement Fund of the Lewisburg Foundation.
Locations on private property as well as public property can qualify. Areas served are the historic district and adjoining neighborhoods, plus the four gateway roads into town.
