Ronceverte-Tammy Currence Reynolds, 47, went home to be with her Savior on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2022, at her home with her family by her side.

She was born Sept. 30, 1974, in Elkins, the daughter of the late Gary Anthony and Deanna Joyce Howell Currence.

Tammy was a member of Sinking Creek Baptist Church. She was a Medical Transcriptor for Greenbrier Valley Medical Arts for 18 years. She was a graduate of Greenbrier West High School where she played basketball and was in the Cavalier Band.

Those left to cherish Tammy’s memory are her husband of 19 years, Roger Lee Reynolds; her son who meant the world to her, Andrew Reynolds; special aunt and caregiver, Garlene Moore; brother, Paul A. Currence;  very special friend, Darlene Hartsook White; her fur babies, Molly and Barkley; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services for one of the world’s sweetest, kindest and very humble person, Tammy Reynolds, will be on Sunday, Jan. 30 at 4 p.m. at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte with Pastor George Clarkson and Pastor Delmas Beavers officiating with interment to follow in the Riverview Cemetery in Ronceverte.

The family will receive their family and friends from 2 p.m. until time of services at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family wishes that memorial contributions be made to the Greenbrier County Animal Shelter, 151 Holliday Lane, Lewisburg, WV 24901.

Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte is in charge of arrangements.
