Sprouting Farms is hosting cooking classes! Registered nurse, farmer, and mother, April Koenig, is teaching how to cook healthy and seasonal local food.

With local food and local farmers in the spotlight, we are providing the freshest and healthiest ingredients at our classes. The classes will help support local farmers and help to encourage healthy and seasonal eating. The classes are held at the Graham House, (located at Route 3 and 12 in Lowell, Summers County, WV) one of the oldest and most historic homes in West Virginia. Classes will be on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Class dates are as follows: Dec. 15, Jan. 19, Feb. 16, and Mar. 16.

Admission is free, but registration is REQUIRED, as space is limited. Register your spot for each class you wish to attend by calling 304-573-4242 or message us on Facebook @SproutingFarms.

You can sign up for just one class or every class! Each class is a different meal based on what is available from our farmers. For more information about Sprouting Farms please visit www.sproutingfarms.org or follow us on Facebook @SproutingFarms.
