The indoors Lewisburg Farmer\u2019s Market (LFM) continues on Saturday, Dec. 1, to offer all of the wonderful locally grown and produced items that our customers have come to love and expect. These items include chicken, pork, lamb, vegetables, fruits, free range eggs, herbs, baked goods, breads, garlic, jams, jellies, syrups, crafts, calendars, and much more!\r\n\r\nThe holidays are fast approaching, but you can find lots of great items for those \u201chard to buy for\u201d folks on your lists at the LFM Indoor Winter Market.\r\n\r\nThis week farmer Tim\u2019s menu for the LFM Cafe will include the following:\r\n\r\nSoup special: butternut squash puree with chicken stock, ginger, sea salt and a locally made fresh roll.\r\n\r\nEntree special: organic Italian spinach, herbs, and multi cheese bake with an organic side.\r\n\r\nSandwich special: spinach, caramelized onion, roasted garlic cheese spread in a wrap saut\u00e9ed and served with an organic side.\r\n\r\nMeat sandwich special: Dogwood Hill ground pork sloppy joe on a fresh locally made roll with an organic side.\r\n\r\nBreakfast special: two farm fresh local eggs with local sausage on a fresh made roll.\r\n\r\nOther offerings: two egg breakfast sandwich; local egg salad with local greens sandwich;\u00a0 local hummus with local greens sandwich.\r\n\r\nOrganic sides include potato salad, hummus, egg salad, and cole slaw. Organic dark roast coffee and organic tea made of grated turmeric, ginger, and lemon grass shoots will be available.\r\n\r\n\u201cWe believe in real neighborly local food at a fair price that leaves no one marginalized.
