Join the Monroe County Shrine Club for their first annual Skeet Shoot and Cookout on Saturday, Apr. 6, at Powder Ridge Shorting Clays on Tunnel Hill Road in Caldwell. The event starts at 10 a.m.

The event is a hospital fundraiser for Monroe County Shriners and Beni Kedem Shriners and is family-friendly.

Classes include: Novice – age 6-10, Youth – age 11-16, and Mature – age 16-99. The cost is $75 per shooter with pre-registration, $100 for each shooter after pre-registration ends on Mar. 25, and $20 for each non-shooter (includes cookout). Participants must bring their own shotgun, shells (min. 100 rounds), and ear and eye protection.

The Monroe County Shrine Club is committed to the support of the Shriners Hospitals for Children, an international network of 22 hospitals that provide specialized care for children with orthopedic conditions, burn injuries, and cleft lip and palate. All services at Shriners Hospitals are provided, regardless of the ability to pay.

Sponsorships start at $50. This includes a professionally designed sign (with your name of company). All proceeds from the event are for the benefit of Shriners Hospitals and all donations are tax deductible.

For questions, sponsorships, or comments contact Rick Edwards at 304-661-5591 or Bob Mann at 304-772-5499.
