Lewisburg-Ruth Ann Harper, 58, passed away Friday, Mar. 29, 2019, at the White Sulphur Springs Center.
Born Jan. 11, 1961, at Ronceverte, she was the daughter of the late David Ralph Harper and Leona Hildebrand.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her grandparents and a brother, Charles Walter Harper.
Survivors include her stepmother and guardian, Alma Harper of Clintonville; brother, Thomas Harper Sr. (Sherri) of Alderson; half-sister, Vickie Holley of South Carolina; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Bill.
Funeral service was on Tuesday, Apr. 2, at Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, Lewisburg, where Pastor Gary Baker officiated. Burial followed in Greenbrier Memorial Gardens, Lewisburg.
Visitation was from noon until time of the service, Tuesday at the funeral home.
