White Sulphur Springs – Roger Dale Trainer, 62, passed away Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.
Born Dec. 29, 1954, at Neola, he was a son of the late Robert William and Virginia Glee Thomas Trainer.
Roger was a carpenter and loved hunting, fishing, and gardening.
He is survived by sisters, Bonnie (Maynard) Rider of Neola and Cynthia (Bill) Sabota of Marlinton; brother, Bobby D. (Margie) Hull of Erie, PA; his dog Chester; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was held Monday, Oct. 16, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs, where Pastor Lowell O’Dell officiated. Interment was in May Chapel Cemetery, Neola.
Visitation was Monday before the service at the funeral home.
