Robert Lorenzo Clemens

Lewisburg-Robert Lorenzo Clemens, 68, passed away Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Fairlea.

He was born June 20, 1946, in Leesburg, VA, the son of the late Lorenzo Dow and Virginia Downs Clemens.

Mr. Clemens was a member of the Edgewood Presbyterian Church and owner of the Clemens Petroleum Company in Leesburg, VA and Bob Clemens, LLC, Lewisburg.

Surviving are: his wife, Georgia Lee Clemens; son, Allen Clemens and wife Carolyn and their sons, Seth and Justin Clemens of Winchester, VA; daughter, Christina Smith and husband Jeff and their children, Rebekah Gregory, Holley Smith and Cody Smith of Winchester, VA; sisters, Elizabeth Mallery and husband Glenn of Radford, VA, Kay Conner of Radford, VA and Hattie Riley of Manassas, VA; and brother, John Clemens and wife Ginny of Round Hill, VA.

Services for Bob were held Tuesday, Jan. 20, at Edgewood Presbyterian Church, Lewisburg, where Pastor Larryetta Ellis officiated. Interment followed in Rosewood Cemetery in Lewisburg.

The family received their friends Tuesday at the church before the service.

Donations of sympathy may be made to Edgewood Presbyterian Church, 162 Harper Road, Lewisburg, WV 24901.

Pallbearers were: Jeff Smith, Seth Clemens, Justin Clemens, James Arnsby, George Rollison and Larry Napier.
