The Robert C. Byrd Clinic wants to make the public aware of a telephone scam involving callers identifying themselves as employees of the Robert C. Byrd Clinic and attempting to fraudulently collect payments.

These individuals are not affiliated with Robert C. Byrd Clinic.

The clinic encourages community members and patients to be wary of callers claiming they owe a balance and demanding immediate payment. If the call seems suspicious, hang up and contact the clinic directly if there is a concern about your account. RCBC’s billing department is available Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. by calling 304-645-3220, option 5, then option 1.
