Rev. Eddie Kyle

kyle-eddie-picMill Creek-Rev. Eddie Kyle, 79, passed away Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016, at the Davis Medical Center.
He was born Oct. 3, 1936, at Beverly, a son of the late Glen and Blanche Gear Kyle.
On Nov. 26, 1955, at Monterey, VA, he was united in marriage to Barbara Ann Daniels Kyle who survives at Mill Creek.
Also surviving is one son, Terry Kyle and wife Gatha of Mill Creek and one daughter, Lisha Bell and husband Robert “Bob” Bell of Mill Creek; brother, Robert “Bobby” Kyle of Mill Creek; sister, Patricia Ware of Mill Creek; three grandchildren, Robert “Bobby” Bell, Jr., Zachary Kyle and Danielle Tenney; and four great-grandchildren, Chase Andrew and Macy Bell, and Khloe and Emma Tenney.
Also preceding him in death was brother, Glen “Benny” Kyle, Jr.
Rev. Kyle was a retired United Methodist Minister having served charges throughout West Virginia. He was also employed by the Huttonsville Correctional Center for 20 years. Eddie was a member of Randolph Lodge No. 55, AF & AM, Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons of WV and was a member of the Mill Creek United Methodist Church.
Friends called Sunday, Sept. 25, at the Mill Creek United Methodist Church. A funeral service was held Monday, Sept. 26 from the church where Robert McClintic, Buck Caldwell and Rev. Pam Ritchie officiated. Interment followed in the Mill Creek Cemetery where Randolph Lodge No. 55 AF & AM conducted Ritualistic Services. Huttonsville Correctional Center provided an Honor Guard at the gravesite.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mill Creek United Methodist Church, Route 250/219, Mill Creek, WV 26280 in memory of Rev. Kyle.
The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for Rev. Eddie Kyle. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.tomblynfuneralhome.com.
