Annual Retired School Employees Picnic

will be held Friday, Aug. 2 at Mackey Park in Maxwelton. Lunch begins at 12 noon. Members are asked to bring a covered dish. Come early and enjoy the fellowship. All retirees and their families are invited. A special invitation extended to all new retirees.

Biggs

It is that time of year to see family, friends and neighbors on Sunday, Aug. 11 at 1 p.m. at the Wikel-Rock Camp Ruritan Building. Invite all your family members and their children plus your friends to the Biggs Reunion. Bring a dish to pass. As everyone knows, “We do have good food” plus this year we are having a pie contest (so make your favorite one – who knows, you might win). Also we will have a table of memories with photos of past reunions. Put your name on the pictures you want to keep and share the ones to give away. For more information call CA at 304-753-5257 or Daisy at 304-645-4708.

Blankenship/Workman

The Blankenship/Workman Reunion will be held Sunday, July 28 at Droop Mountain Battlefield State Park, South Shelter. Gather at 11 a.m. and eat at 1 p.m. Paper products and eating utensils provided.  Bring a covered dish and drinks and join us.

Hoover

The 47th annual Hoover Family Reunion will be held Saturday, July 20 at Greenbrier State Forest Picnic Shelter #1. Family and friends are invited to gather at 12:30 with the picnic beginning at 1 p.m. Meat, soft drinks, ice and chips will be provided. Please bring your favorite side dish or dessert to complete the picnic meal. The Hoover family are descendants of Emmons Bright Hoover and Rachel Susan Daugherty Hoover.

Suttle

You’re invited to the Suttle Family Reunion at the Williamsburg Community Building at Williamsburg, Sunday, July 21. Doors will open at 11 a.m., lunch at 1 p.m.  Paper products will be provided. Please bring serving utensils, food and drink. In addition, bring any family photos or info you would like to share, especially any family history. If you write it down, I will copy it for everyone. Remind all family members and friends. Sharing memories, getting reacquainted with family and friends, winning door prizes, you don’t want to miss it!

Tincher

The 66th annual Tincher Reunion will be held Sunday, Aug at the Tincher Park in Rainelle. Registration and visiting begins as early as 10 a.m. and at about 12:30 a covered dish lunch begins. For more details, directions or information contact Randy Tincher at 304-438-5412 or randytincher@suddenlink.net.
