Pinnacle Dermatology’s doors have been open for over a month now, and owner Krystal Tawney celebrated her new business with an Open House on Dec. 30. Guests were treated to drinks and an array of heavy hors d’oeuvres provided by B Sweet Confectionery.
The Lewisburg office was filled with representatives of the local business and nonprofit community, who hobnobbed and treated themselves to the questionable pleasure of having their faces photographed and scrutinized for sun damage. Ladies and gentlemen lined up to see what the years of sun worship had done to their skin, and to find out what Tawney and her team can do to undo some of that damage.
A representative for the PicoSure laser treatment system was also on hand, and folks were intrigued by the myriad possibilities for that laser, which include dark spot treatment, acne scar removal and tattoo removal.
Tawney says she has high hopes for her company’s future in Lewisburg, and is looking forward to taking some strong measures in helping to prevent skin cancer in the near future.
Pinnacle Dermatology is located in the Jefferson Centre office park, just north of WalMart.
