Fairlea – Patsy Elizabeth Evans, 72, passed away on Monday, Feb. 5, 2018, at Lewis Gale Hospital in Allegany.
She was born Jan. 18, 1946, in Lex, McDowell County. She was the daughter of the late William and Inez Evans.
Preceding Mrs. Evans in death were her parents, William and Inez Evans; brother, James P. Evans; and great-grandchildren, Hunter Mallery and Cody McDaniel.
Surviving are her sons, James King (Sandra), and Donald McDaniel both of Crawley; grandchildren, Heather Thompson (Travis), and Richard McDaniel (Brittany); great-grandchildren, Wynter Thompson, Bentley Thompson, Krisley McDaniel, Levi McDaniel, and Brody McDaniel; sisters, Valarie Schlosser (Mike) of Christiansburg, VA and Bonnie Thomas of Hines; and brother, Bill Evans of Clintonville.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, Feb. 11, at 2 p.m. at Windy Knoll Cemetery on Raders Valley Road in Williamsburg, WV.
