Patrick Wayne “Pat” Reynolds, 71, of Caldwell, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2026, at the Peyton Hospice House, surrounded by those who cherished him.

Born on May 21, 1955, in Caldwell, WV, Pat grew up rooted in the values and traditions of his beloved home state. From his earliest days, he was known as a man of strong character, deep kindness, and unwavering devotion to his family and friends.

Pat was a devoted husband to Linda Reynolds, with whom he shared 52 years of partnership, love, and dedication. Their unwavering bond served as a foundation for their family, and together they faced life’s joys and challenges with grace and resilience.

A loving son, Pat is survived by his mother Dorothy Harbaugh. He was a cherished father to Patrick Stephen Reynolds (Davinity) and Vanessa Lynn Reynolds, and his memory will live on in the lives they lead and the lessons he imparted to them over the years. The light of his later years was his granddaughter Madi “blink-blink,” whose presence brought him immeasurable joy and pride. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He is survived by his half-brother Gary Weikle. Pat will also be fondly remembered by his distant cousin Wally Reynolds, whose companionship added richness to his life.

He was predeceased by his father Dale Reynolds Jr., his brothers, Stephen “Fireball” Reynolds, Dennis Reynolds, and Les Weikle.

Throughout his years, Pat was admired for his steadfastness, gentle humor, and commitment to those around him. Whether gathering for family celebrations or lending a hand in times of need, he left a profound and positive imprint on everyone he met.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a visitation on Sunday, July 5, from 12 noon to 1 PM at Morgan Funeral Home, 252 Montvue Dr., Lewisburg, WV 24901. A funeral service will follow at Morgan Funeral Home at 1 PM, where loved ones will gather to honor and remember Pat’s extraordinary life. Following the service, entombment will take place at Greenbrier Memorial Gardens, 176 Deerfield Road, Lewisburg, WV 24901. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Greenbrier Human Society, 151 Holliday Lane Lewisburg, WV 24901 or to the Peyton Hospice House, 1265 Maplewood Avenue, Lewisburg, WV.

Pat’s memory will be treasured forever by those who knew and loved him. His presence, guidance, and warmth will be deeply missed, but the legacy of his kindness and devotion will remain a comfort for generations to come.
