Patricia Kay Erskine

Ronceverte-Patricia Kay Erskine, 68, passed away Tuesday, Mar. 10, 2015, as a result of injuries suffered from an auto accident near Ronceverte.

Patty was born Sept. 9, 1946, in Ronceverte, the daughter of Mattie Izetta Elmore Weikle and the late Gerald Thompson Weikle.

Patty and Robert attended the Second Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was a secretary for Perrine Properties.

Surviving are: her husband, Robert Lee Erskine; mother, Mattie Elmore Weikle; sisters-in-law, Bessie Carol Reed and husband Benjamin and Rebecca Ann Kirk and husband Stephen; brothers-in-law, Jesse Darrel Erskine and wife Carol and Tony Houston Erskine and wife Susan; and five nieces and three nephews.

Funeral services are to be held on Saturday, Mar. 14, at 1 p.m. at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg with Pastor Donald Trent, Pastor Susan Erskine and Ms. Alinda Perrine. Interment will follow in the Honaker Cemetery near Ronceverte.

The family will greet their family and friends on Friday Mar. 13, from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
