Jina Belcher, Executive Director of the New River Gorge Regional Development Authority (NRGRDA), publicly recognized Greenbrier Environmental Group, Inc., as its Redevelopment Partner of the Year for 2025. Matt Ford, company president, received the award at a recent NRGRDA/West Virginia Hive Showcase and Awards event.
Greenbrier Environmental Group, headquartered in Lewisburg, provides a collaborative approach to environmental compliance, remediation, economic development, and project management.
“The company’s story actually started right here – as a WV Hive client – when Matt and his team launched its business with a vision that aligned beautifully with our own: to help communities reclaim, clean up, and reimagine problem properties into assets that support long-term growth,” said Belcher. “And from that beginning, they have become one of the most trusted and strategic partners in redevelopment work across the entire New River Gorge Region.”
