Both nonprofit organizations are the recipients of the proceeds raised by the second annual Oak Street Block Party, organized by Baxter, on July 30. The event attracted over 300 participants and raised $3,010, which was split between FRC and GCCOA. (Photo by Peggy Mackenzie)
