Ronceverte-Michael Lee Williams, 46, passed away Thursday, Nov. 12, 2020, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, after a long term illness.

He was born Dec. 9, 1973, at Ronceverte a son of James Michael Williams and Sandra Lee Harvey Smith.

Michael was a graduate of Marshall University, a member of Ronceverte Presbyterian Church and a carpenter.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Melvin R. Harvey and paternal grandparents, James A. and Edna Ballard Williams; uncle, Nelson Harvey and his significant other, Trish Boggs.

He is survived by his parents, James Michael Williams of Ronceverte and Sandra Lee Harvey Smith of Ronceverte; maternal grandmother, Mary Anna Harvey; daughter, Angel Jewell of Pennsylvania; Trish’s daughter, Josie Boggs; sister, Michelle Lee Morgan and husband Barry of Ronceverte; nieces, Amanda Nicole Ellis and husband Anthony of Morgantown and Ashley Morgan Freeman and husband Tyler of Huntington; three uncles, Ray Harvey and wife Linda of Florida, Jack Williams of Georgia and John Williams of West Virginia; also surviving are many cousins and friends.

Due to Covid-19, a Celebration of Life service will be planned for a later date.

Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte is in charge of arrangements.
