Students in the Massage Therapy program at the Dabney S. Lancaster Community College Rockbridge Regional Center were treated to a presentation by guest speaker Donna Sarvello, vice president of education for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork on Nov. 19 – Katie Clark of Buena Vista (left), Blayne Oliver of Clifton Forge, Jonny Ayers of Buena Vista, Donna Sarvello, DSLCC Program Head Gloria Lawrence, Cynthia Riley of Goshen, Desaray Utley of Warm Springs and Kellan Carter and Charlene Bryant, both of Lexington. In addition to speaking to the DSLCC students, Sarvello was also making a site visit to continue DSLCC’s certification with NCBTMB as an “assigned” and “approved school.”
