Lula Yuvonne McMann Boggs, 84, passed away at Greenbrier Health Care Center on Friday, Feb. 3, 2023.

She was born Nov. 12, 1938 in Ghent, WV, the eldest daughter to the late Burley Lee Wills and Florence Elizabeth Moore Wills.

Lula was member of the Apostolic Lighthouse Church on Teaberry Road in Ronceverte. She was a beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. She will be greatly loved and missed by her family and all who knew her.

Preceding her in death other than her parents were her brother, Maynard Wills and son-in-law, Robert Winfrey.

Surviving Lula are her siblings, Wilma Goins, Melva Cohenour, Karen Olinik (David), Jesse Wills (Patty), and Connie Midkiff (Randy); daughters, Myrtle Winfrey, Beverly Heavner (Jess), Rhonda Weist and Pamela Hume (James); sons, Robert McMann, Jr. ( Chrissy) and Billy McMann (Angela); grandchildren, Michelle Bennett (Joey), Melissa Sparks (Justin), Gary Walkup, Jr. (Ceira), Angela Sawyer (Kevin), Jamie Turner, Jessica Hampton (Josh), Joey Sengdetka (Nicole), Patrick Weist, Caleb Weist, Jacklyn Cales (Gary), Ashley Cutlip (Bobby), Kristin Murphy (JR), Shannon Nesselrotte (Jacob) and Bradley McMann; and 22 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Boggs were held on Thursday, Feb. 9, at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg where Pastor Rick Keener officiated. Interment followed in the Maude Chapel Cemetery, near Dawson, WV.

The family received family and friends before the services on Thursday at the funeral home.
