Ronceverte-Kenneth Lee Stewart, 83, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2019, at Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley.

Born Mar. 5, 1936, at Ronceverte, he was the son of the late Billie B and Frances Smith Stewart.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Mae Young Stewart.

Kenny was a member of the Ronceverte Christian Church and attended Ronceverte Baptist Church and Enon Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired from Fairlea Exxon.

He is survived by his loving companion, Joyce Ann Walton of Frankford; sister, Glenora Steward of Ronceverte; brother-in-law, John Young (Sue) of Ohio; niece, Nancy Lammers of Ohio; and several cousins.

Funeral service was held Sunday, May 12, at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, Lewisburg, where Pastor Andy Howdock and Pastor Steve Barnette officiated.

Visitation was Sunday at the funeral home before the service. Burial was in Rosewood Cemetery, Lewisburg.
