Ronceverte – Judith Annette Rogers, 74, passed away Thursday, Aug. 17, 2023 at Peyton Hospice House in Fairlea.
Born June 19, 1949 in Honaker, VA, she was a daughter of the late Grady E. Justice and Josie V. Jackson Justice.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, David Lee Rogers and a granddaughter, Brittany E. Rogers.
Judy worked at Greenbrier Manor.
Surviving are daughter, Carla Rogers (William) of Senecaville, OH; grandchildren, Matthew A. Trainor of Ronceverte, Heather Marie Hucks of North Carolina, William Perry Rogers, Brandon Lee Rogers and Brianna Rogers McCoy all of Cottageville, WV; great- grandchildren, Skylar A. Trainor of Alaska, Rory LeeAnn Hucks, Mason Lee Hucks, Kasey Marie Hucks, Cheyenne Hope Hucks and Harley Sue Lee all of North Carolina; sisters, Abigail Leigh Clark, Ryleigh Ann Garrett, Lexie E. Rogers, Corbin Wyatt Rogers, Amira “Boo Boo” McCoy all of Ripley.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 20, at Riverview Cemetery in Ronceverte with Rev. Mike Teubert officiating.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte.
