Sinks Grove-James Samuel Schmitz, 80, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2014, at Peyton Hospice House in Lewisburg.
Born Oct. 31, 1933, in Magnolia, NJ, he was a son of the late William and Sara Norton Schmitz.
James worked with an Architectural Engineering Firm.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Rosetta Trusiack.
He is survived by: his wife, Suzanne Templin Schmitz; daughters, Annette Haldeman and Helena Blon, both of Philadelphia, PA; two grandsons and one granddaughter; step-daughters, Adrienne Dougherty of Las Vegas, NV and Pamela Dougherty of Waterford Works, NJ; sister, Betty Manhardt of Philadelphia, PA; brother, William Schmitz of West Depford, NJ; two nieces and seven nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
