Name: Wyatte Childers

Grade: Freshman

G.P.A.: 4.0

Parents: Dustin and Jeanne Childers

Hometown: White Sulphur Springs

Favorite Golfer: Rory McIlroy

Favorite Quote: “Start with respect; the rest will follow.”

Began Golfing: In the 6th grade

Why he plays Golf: “I play because it’s fun and relaxing.”

Coach’s Comments: “Wyatte has only played Golf for a few years. His learning curve continues to climb upwards. Wyatte’s relaxed demeanor and his respect and love for the game of golf is the right equation for success. The sign of a champion is a person who can feel relaxed while thriving on competition. With another off-season of preparation, Wyatte will be on the Greenbrier East Golf team that wins its third Regional Title in a row next year!’

Miluk Golf Humor: “It’s Good Sportsmanship to not pick up lost golf balls while they are still rolling!” Ha!
