Why they play Golf: “Golf is widely thought of as an individual sport, and in many respects, this is true. However, Greenbrier East Golf provides the golfers an opportunity to compete in a Team atmosphere and create bonds and friendships with the teammates and coaches that last a lifetime.”
Coach’s Comments: “The TEAM was selected this week because of the love, respect and friendship that it showed in a time of need. One of our golfers had a tragic event happen this past week. Immediately, the team was there for him emotionally, financially and spiritually! They genuinely wanted to help him. He now knows that he has the support of his teammates, Coaches and families during his time of need. God, I love this team!”
