GEHS golf team finishes first at Elk’s and tied for first at Pipestem

The GEHS golf team finished first at the Lewisburg Elk’s Club front 9 par 34 on Sept. 17. The three player score was 101. Individual scores were Walker Dent 30 (Medalist), Madison Erskine 35, Thomas Willis 36, Jacobey Gore 38, Luke Hanna 38, Cameron Sherwood 40, Seth Grimmett 40, Griffin King 41, Lindsey Ray 42, Jared Whitt 42, Jacob White 45, Gavin Ray 46, Karee Diem 51, Josh White 54 and Jensen Brown 57.

Greenbrier West finished second and had a three-man total of 109. Individual scores were Chandler Fitzwater 34, Justin Estep 36, Thomas Vestal 39 and Colby Brown 51.

The GEHS golf team also tied for first at the Pipestem Golf Course front 9 par 36 on Sept. 18. The four-player score was 166. Individual scores were Walker Dent 40, Thomas Willis 40, Lindsey Ray 42 and Griffin King 44.

Princeton tied for first with a four-man total of 166. Individual scores were Tyler Hillyer 36 (Medalist), Steven Parker 42, Bryson Murphy 42, Tanner Venere 46 and Logan Austin 48.
