Does your child need a sports physical completed before the 2025-2026 season begins?
Visit us on Saturday, May 30 from 9 a.m. to noon at the CAMC Greenbrier Valley Medical Center Medical Staff Office Building, 1322 Maplewood Avenue, for our free sports physicals clinic.
Students must bring the sports physical form provided by their school signed by a parent/guardian to receive a physical.
Forms will be available at the clinic, but it must be signed by a parent/guardian at the clinic.
