The Greenbrier Humane Society wants to “Fill the Shelter with Love” this Valentine’s 2015. The Greenbrier Humane Society kicked off its “Fill the Shelter with Love” campaign on Jan. 26 by offering individuals and businesses the opportunity to purchase sponsorship hearts.

Sponsorships are available as the “Queen of Hearts” for $500, “Sweetheart” for $250, “Cupid” for $100, and “Best Friend” for $50. All sponsors will be entered into a drawing with the winner to be featured for one month on the humane society’s facebook banner. Donations of any amount can also be made at the humane society where there will be one large heart for donors to sign.

The humane society will host a Valentine’s Open House on Saturday, Feb. 14 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and invites all the public to come see the Shelter Filled with Love. Informational tours of the humane society facility will be taking place as well as answering your questions about how you can help the humane society achieve its goal of reducing the number of unwanted animals in our community. There will also be an adopt-a-thon as well as snacks, prizes and games. The humane society hopes that love fills the hearts of both two and four legged so that as many animals as possible can find their forever homes.

If you would like your business to participate or would like to become a sponsor call the Greenbrier Humane Society at 304-645-4775.
