Farmer’s market continues indoors

The Lewisburg Farmer’s Market Indoor Market continues Saturday, Nov. 17, to offer all of the wonderful locally grown and produced items that our customers have come to love and expect.

These items include chicken, pork, lamb, vegetables, fruits, free range eggs, herbs, baked goods, garlic, jams, jellies, syrups, crafts, calendars, and much more! If you are looking for something special for those on your holiday gift lists, the Indoor Market is the place to shop!

This week Farmer Tim’s menu for the LFM Cafe will include the following: farm egg and sausage sandwich for $3.75; local greens salad plate with four sides for $6; egg salad or hummus & greens sandwich with side for $5 (sides include potato salad, hummus, egg salad, and cole slaw, each for $1.75); organic side salad with organic herb roasted garlic and local maple vinaigrette for $3; roasted garlic cheese spread with organic bread for $3; soup special with organic bread is a cream of potato, kale, and roasted garlic. A cup is $3.75 and bowl is $5.

Entree special includes a sweet potato oven bake, a kale and cheese square and a small side of greens for $6, and local pork and beef herbed meatloaf sandwich topped with caramelized onions and choice of sides for $5. Organic dark roast coffee for $1. Organic tea made of grated numeric, ginger, and lemon grass shoots for $2.

So, come out and have breakfast or lunch while you shop! LFM accepts SNAP, EBT and credit cards. See the market manager for more information.
