Creatively tailored out of old band uniforms from the first 50 years of the Spartan Marching Band of Greenbrier East High School, pillows in a variety of offerings will be available at the first Greenbrier East Bands Arts and Crafts Show on Saturday, Nov. 17, in the school’s commons and cafeteria areas. Some 30 vendors have registered to display items from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with sandwich lunches and baked goods also available.
There are four different patterns of pillows available. Shown are the 50th year pillow, and the pillow featuring two of the verses to what has become known as the Spartan Band “hymn,” Alleluia.
