The Family Refuge Center invites you to join us for a Co-Ed Softball Tournament on Saturday, Sept. 17, at Dorie Miller Park. Attendance is open to the community. The tournament entry fee is $250 per team. Concessions will be available at the park with 50/50 and bat raffle. Please RSVP by Sept. 9.

Dorie Miller Park is located at 451 Feamster Road in Lewisburg. The tournament start time will be announced after Sept. 9. Follow the Family Refuge Center on Facebook for updates on this event. All of the proceeds will be used for Youth Programming and Activities at the Family Refuge Center. For rules, more information, or to RSVP, please contact Karisa Coleman at 304-645-6324 or by email karisac@familyrefugecenter.org

Family Refuge Center is a community based, nonprofit organization committed to ending physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. We serve victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, elder abuse and human trafficking in Greenbrier, Mercer, Monroe and Pocahontas counties. Services include but are not limited to emergency shelter, 24-hour crisis hotline, court advocacy, hospital accompaniment, therapy, support groups and supervised visitation and exchanges. We also provide awareness, education, and training to youth and adults in our service areas. Through our direct and outreach services, we reached over 1,400 individuals last year. This would not have been possible without the support of the community.
