Edna Guinevere Marchi, 74, of Rainelle, passed away Sunday, Jan. 12, 2025, in the CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston, WV, following a long illness.
Born Mar. 14, 1950, in Meadow Bridge, she was the daughter of the late Jimmie and Edna (Steele) Lemon.
Guinevere retired from education where she long served as a librarian. She was always with a smile for everyone and never wanted to be a bother to anyone. Guivevere was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Tony Marchi.
Survivors include two brothers Jimmie Lemon (Betty) of Springdale and Kevin Lemon (Debbie) of Oak Hill; two sisters Shelley Grapes (David) of Pennsylvania and Colleen Accord (John) of South Charleston; lots of nieces and nephews and extended family.
Per Guinevere’s request, the body was cremated and there will be no service.
