
David Emerson Nottingham, 94, of Victor passed away on June 30, 2026 at Bowers Hospice House.
He was born on Mar. 24, 1932, the son of the late James Charles Nottingham and Alaska A. Dillard Nottingham.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Molly Gay Moore Nottingham; son, Douglas Edward Nottingham, five sisters and four brothers.
David was a coal miner, logger, and a retired Pastor from Noble Christian Ministry.
Those left to cherish his memory are four daughters, Freda Moore and Paul of Dayton, OH, Kathy Miller and Stanley of Gauley Bridge, Joyce Abdulahadi of Kuwait and Patsy Bennett and Benny of Victor; four sons; David Allen Nottingham and Susan of Ohio, Dallas Nottingham of Ansted, Danny Nottingham of Ansted and Denzil Ray Nottingham and Shelia of Ansted; sister, Betty “Vestie” Kise of Jodie; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Friends may gather with the family from 1 until 2 p.m. on Friday, July 3, 2026 at Wallace & Wallace Chapel, Ansted. Burial will follow in Steele Cemetery, Romont.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to the funeral home to defray the cost.
