Covington, VA – Crystal Dawn Bretz, 39, passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at Lewis-Gale Allegheny Regional Hospital, Lowmoor, VA, following a long illness.

She was born Dec. 1, 1978 in Ronceverte, the daughter of the late Samuel Lee Bretz and Evelyn Dorene Parker Cales.

Surviving are her grandmother, Helen Parker of White Sulphur Springs; stepfather, Melvin R. Cales of White Sulphur Springs; her fiance, Marc Jordan of Covington, VA; daughters, Kara L. Bretz of White Sulphur Springs and Jasmine Rene Mann-Gobel of Peterstown; sons, Phillip Mann-Gobel, Jeremiah Mann-Gobel and Marcus Mann-Gobel all of Peterstown; sister, Melissa Pritt of Covington, VA.; and granddaughter, Nikara VanBuren.

The family will be accepting visitors at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 2, with a “Celebration of Life” service at 2 p.m. at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs with Speaker Yvette Wilmer.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home, 175 Mountain Ave., White Sulphur Spring, WV 24986 to help with her final expenses.
