Cranberry Mountain Nature Center will present a native orchid tour on July 1 beginning at 10 a.m.
Guest speaker Charles Garratt will present the free program. The event will begin with a photo presentation and talk followed by a trip to Cranberry Glades and the surrounding area to look at a few of these orchids.
Be prepared to hike short distances if you go on the tours. You do not have to attend both sections of the workshop if you would only like to come to part of it.
Participants should bring a notepad, camera, lunch and a rain coat.
