Charles K. Todd Ford

Lewisburg-Charles K. Todd Ford, 86, died Friday, Jan. 2, 2015, at the Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.

Mr. Ford was educated in the Lewisburg schools, Greenbrier Military School, WVU and at R.P.I. in Richmond, VA. During the Korean War he was a tank commander on the front lines for over a year. Mr. Ford worked as an office engineer for the WV Dept. of Highways for many years.

Survivors are: wife, Julia and a brother, Richard E. Ford and wife Sally of Lewisburg; daughters, Charlotte Glass and husband David of St. Augustine, FL and Sarah Holliday and husband Roger of Lewisburg. Grandchildren and loved ones are Christopher Glass and Melllisa Espinet, Julie and Michael Gropper, Matthew Holliday and Lauran Shafer and Laura Holliday.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. James’ Episcopal Church, 218 Church Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901 or the Greenbrier County Humane Society, 151 Holliday Lane, Lewisburg, WV 24901.

Services will be at St. James’ Episcopal Church on Saturday, Jan. 10 at 11 a.m. with the Reverend Mister Josh Saxe officiating.

The family will host a reception immediately following.
