Thursday, June 30: Those Who Came Before – Carnegie Hall and the North House Museum partner to present “Those Who Came Before,” on Thursday, June 30, at 7 p.m. in Carnegie Hall’s Old Stone Room with a reception to follow at the North House Tavern Room. “Those Who Came Before” is a documentary style video that examines the musical history and heritage of African Americans in West Virginia. Tickets are $15 and include the reception. The video was made possible with a grant from the WV Division of Culture & History.

Thursday, July 14: Annie Neeley Band – Carnegie Hall’s Ivy Terrace Concert Series continues Thursday, July 14, at 6:30 p.m., with country-soul and roots rock group, the Annie Neeley Band. Ivy Terrace Concerts take place outside in front of Carnegie Hall and are free to the public.  Concertgoers are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket and pack a picnic. Concerts are over at 8 p.m.

July 11-15 (Week One), July 18-22 (Week Two): Carnegie Hall Kids’ College – Kids’ College is an opportunity to expand learning in and through the arts in a safe, nurturing environment. A primary objective of Kids’ College is to instill a lifelong love of learning through the arts for its participants. This year’s Kids’ College is open for rising 2nd – through rising 7th-grade students. Registration runs through June 24. Rotating Galleries:

Old Stone Room Gallery – Misty Walkup Art Exhibit. Carnegie Hall Galleries are open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Free admission and open to the public. Runs through June 24. Galleries are closed during July.

Museum Gallery – Nima Shahab Shahmir Art Exhibit. Carnegie Hall Galleries are open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Free admission and open to the public. Runs through June 24. Galleries are closed during July.

Lobby Gallery – Eddie “Spaghetti” Maier Art Exhibit. Carnegie Hall Galleries are open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Free admission and open to the public. Runs through June 24. Galleries are closed during July.

Permanent Exhibit:

Arts from The Ashes: The History of Carnegie Hall – The exhibit features memorabilia, photographs, artifacts and more of Carnegie Hall since its construction in 1901. Located on the second floor. Free admission
