Blue Sulphur CEOS met on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at the Big Wheel Restaurant in Alderson. President Judy Lohmeyer welcomed everyone and led the devotion based on 2 Corinthians 1:20 followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Alice Clark and Beverly Pauley were welcomed as guest to the meeting. Mary Mitchell asked that the role call be answered with the last exercise each one completed. The Minutes of the August meeting were read and the Treasurer’s report was given, both approved. The Health Motivator encouraged the group on the importance of regular exercise and lead a few simple stretching exercises. Anita Hill and Judy Lohmeyer reported on the Greenbrier County CEOS Leadership Day and encouraged everyone to plan on attending Craft Day on Oct. 12 at the WVU Building at the Fairgrounds. A brief discussion was held on the club’s Christmas Party plans. Jean Moody led an interesting lesson on Dehydration of Foods which the members enjoyed and many decided they must try dehydration. The next meeting will be Oct. 20 at the Big Wheel with Judy Stacks as Hostess and Lesson Leader on Discovering What Food Dates Really Mean. The meeting is open to anyone who would like to attend.
