Albie Faye Cooper

Lewisburg-Albie Faye Cooper, 96, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2019, at The Brier, Ronceverte.

Born Sept. 23, 1923, at Streeter, WV, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Clarence and Lydia Alice Johnson Pack.

Albie was a Christian and a homemaker.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by ten siblings.

Survivors include sons, Ray Cooper (Jane) of Georgia, Sterling Cooper, Billy Cooper and Danny Cooper (Laura) all of Chicago, IL; daughters, Carol Reader of Chicago, IL and Sandy Carpenter (Bob) of California; brother, Delso Pack (Martha) of Jumping Branch; and sister, Minnie Harris of Lewisburg; 14 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service was held Friday, Oct. 25 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel where Pastor Jonathan Turner officiated.  Burial was in the Johnson Cemetery at Streeter, WV.

Visitation was at the funeral home one hour prior to the service Friday.
