Albert Lee Rowe

Frankford-Albert Lee Rowe passed away at his home on Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2022, after a long illness.

He was born on Dec. 30, 1942, in Boomer (Fayette County) to Nora Reynolds and James Willard Rowe.

Albert spent his childhood in Ronceverte, was a Navy Veteran and a retired truck driver.

He enjoyed his retirement years on the family farm with his pets, cutting firewood, and working on antique vehicles and tractors.

Albert was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Lula Ingram Rowe; both parents; and brother, James Rowe.

Survivors are son, Shannon Rowe of Frankford; sister, Darlene Longanacre of Fairlea; and sister-in-law, Jeanie Ware (Bob) of Lewisburg.

There will be a private burial on the family farm.

The family would like to thank the many neighbors and friends who have assisted in his care.
