Waynesboro, VA-Michael Wayne Kelly, 67, passed away Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017, at his residence in Waynesboro.
Mr. Kelly was born Apr. 28, 1950, in Ronceverte, a son of the late Lonnie C. and Henrietta (Forren) Kelly.
Michael was a 1968 graduate of Greenbrier High School, was an avid golfer with family and friends and enjoyed going to Myrtle Beach. He was a one-of-a-kind guy.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Kelly was preceded in death by a son, Brian Michael Kelly and three brothers, Richard, Ronald, and Patrick Kelly.
Surviving are two sisters, Sally Dixon of Ronceverte, and her daughter, Deirdre Ford and her children, Erik Edward Ford and Haylie Dawn “Critter” Ford; and Nancy Berry and husband Jim of Ronceverte; sister-in-law, Wanita Kelly and her son Patrick Wayne Kelly; and a number of cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
