Crawley-Perry Dean Black, 57, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
He was born Aug. 17, 1958, at Montgomery, WV, a son of the late Woodrow and Mildred Black.
Perry was a retired steel worker.
He is survived by his wife, Marsha Rae Hunter Black; daughter, Jessica Dean Black of Quinwood; son, James Ray Black of Lewisburg; grandchildren, Braxton, Gabriel, Bentley and Natalie Black; two sisters, Charlotte of Tennessee and Betty of South Carolina; and brothers, Charles Black of Maxwelton, Alvin Black of South Carolina and Kenneth Black of Texas.
His funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 6, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg, with Pastor Stewart Farley officiating. Burial will follow in Wallace Memorial Cemetery at Clintonville.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon until time of the service on Saturday.
